Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all course enrolments and programme purchases made through SSBC Academy, operated by Saluja Safehaven Business Capital (“SSBC”). Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Course Enrolment

By completing payment for any SSBC Academy course or programme, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. All purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of your purchase, provided that:

  • No course materials, sessions, or content have been accessed or delivered.
  • The cancellation request is submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation requests made after 48 hours of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: A confirmed technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the course content after payment was received.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same enrolment due to a payment gateway error.
  • Course cancellation by SSBC: If SSBC cancels or significantly alters a programme after enrolment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the 48-hour cancellation window
  • Partial completion or non-attendance of sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after accessing materials
  • Failure to attend live sessions without prior notice
  • Inability to continue due to personal circumstances after course access has begun

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Razorpay transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount in applicable cases.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Course name and date of purchase
  • Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund request

7. Rescheduling

For offline (in-person) programmes, rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to batch availability. Please contact us at least 5 business days before the programme start date to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is offered once per enrolment and is subject to availability.

8. Changes to This Policy

SSBC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
